DOWEL ULNAR DEVIATION
The dowel ulnar deviationis a wrist strengthening exercise that challenges the muscles of the forearm using a broomstick or dowel. This exercise gets easier the closer your grip is to the center of the stick and is completed while standing. Grip a dowel on one end of the stick with the thumb closest to the end (the stick will be behind you, palms will be facing towards the body). Begin to raise the stick by raising the pinky side of your fist towards the ceiling. Slowly lower the stick to complete a repetition.
