EXTERNALLY ROTATED STRAIGHT LEG RAISE
The externally rotated straight leg raise is an end range strengthening exercise for the medial hip flexors. Start by sitting on the floor with the target leg straight in front of you. Bend the non-target leg and hug it to provide stability for your upper body. While keeping the knee straight, raise the affected leg off of the floor as high as possible and hold for 5-7 seconds. Relax and rest for 5-7 seconds and repeat as required.
