Radial Nerve Flossing

RADIAL NERVE FLOSSING

This exercise is a nerve mobilization exercise to help decrease inflammation and pain experienced in the nerve. You should not feel any nerve tension or nerve stretch during this exercise. Tilt your head away from the arm as it is raise up and drop it down to the same side as you lower the arm.
