Scalenes Active Massage

SCALENES ACTIVE MASSAGE

This is a self release technique used to decrease pain and tension at the scalenes. Use a massage or lacrosse ball and compress gently on the front and outer aspect of your neck as shown in the video. Rotate the head to the opposite side for a stretch effect to actively massage this muscle group
