SCORPIONS

This movement is a lumbar spine rotation and extension mobility exercise. Start by lying down on your stomach with your knees and feet together and arms stretched out to the sides. Bend one knee to 90 degrees flexion and rotate the pelvic to get the foot to touch the ground. Be sure to keep the arms planted on the ground to isolate this movement to the lower back and lower body. Take 2-3 deep breaths and return to start and proceed to alternate sides.

  • Latissimus Dorsi
