Seated Rotation & Reach
SEATED ROTATION AND REACH
This is a thoracic mobility exercise that can be done at your desk or office. Raise one arm overhead and reach towards the ceiling. Use your other hand to reach across the body and rotate your spine in that direction. Reach as far forward as tolerated.
