Balance Pad Leg Swing

BALANCE PAD LEG SWING

This is a balance based exercise for ankle and knee proprioception. Stand on a balance pad with one foot and have the other hover in the air. Swing your elevated leg back and forth while maintaining your balance on the pad.

  • Intrinsic Foot Muscles

  • Medial Longitudinal Arch

  • Knee Meniscus

  • ACL / PCL / MCL / LCL

  • ATFL / CFL / PTFL / Deltoid Ligament

  • Ankle Sprain (ATFL, TFL, CFL, PTFL sprain)

  • Achilles Tendinitis / Tendinopathy
