Balance Pad Side Step

BALANCE PAD SIDE STEP
This is an ankle proprioception exercise used to build up stability. Stand next to a balance pad and jump onto it sideways with the target foot. Hold the landed position for up to 5 seconds and step off of it to prepare yourself for the next repetition.
