Banded Great Toe Raises

BANDED GREAT TOE RAISES
This is a strengthening exercise for the dorsiflexors or extensors of the big toe. Loop a band around the big toe and anchor the other end below your other foot. Raise the big toe off of the floor as high as possible and hold for up to 5 seconds before slowly lowering it back down.
