Bench Dips

BENCH DIPS
This is a bodyweight based strengthening exercise for the elbow extensors. Place a bench behind you and support your body with your hands on the bench and feet together in front of you. Bend the elbows to lower the body to the floor. Be sure to keep the elbows in line with your hands.
