Overhead Triceps Extension

OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION

This is a strengthening exercise for the triceps brachii muscle group. Hold a weight with both hands and raise the arms overhead. Bend the elbows to lower the weight slowly behind your head and extend it upwards to raise it.
