Biceps Stretch

BICEPS STRETCH

This is a stretch for your biceps brachii muscle. Start by raising your arm up next to you to roughly shoulder height. Rotate the wrist so that the palm faces downwards and anchor it against a doorframe, squat rack or wall. Twist away from the anchor point to feel a stretch in your biceps muscle.
