Child’s Pose Foam Roll
CHILDS POSE FOAM ROLL
This is a latissimus dorsi stretch and thoracic extension mobility exercise that modifies the CHILDS POSE exercise using a foam roller. Be sure to do this exercise on soft flooring or mat. Place your hands on the foam roller and sit back onto your calves. Place the base of your palms on the foam roller and stretch out your arms overhead. Your hands will be wider than shoulder distance apart. Alternate holding the stretch for 5 seconds with pressing your hands downwards into the foam roller for 5 seconds.
