HAMSTRING BRIDGE WALKS
This is an intermediate to advanced hamstrings strengthening exercise. This exercise is difficult as each leg alternates between different isometric contractions. These exercises are best done on a soft surface like a yoga mat or while wearing shoes on a hard surface.
