Hip Flexor Massage

HIP FLEXOR MASSAGE
This is a self massage technique for the hip flexor muscles. Place a massage ball on a yoga block to elevate it off of the ground. Lay down on it while placing the ball along a tender spot on the front of your hip. Hold the tender spot for up to 30 seconds and switch to another spot. You may choose 2-3 spots in total.
