Side Lunge Plate Pull

SIDE LUNGE PLATE PULL

This exercise is a compound movement that uses a plate to target the hip adductors. Place a weight plate between your legs and lunge to the side. On the upward phase of the motion use your non planted leg to pull the plate inwards until you are in a standing position.
