Upper Cervical Rotations

UPPER CERVICAL ROTATION

This is an exercise that takes advantage of coupled motion to isolate rotation occurring in the upper cervical spine. Flex your neck to get your chin to touch your chest then rotate your head maximally to each side.

  • Suboccipitals

  • Cervical Spine

  • Sternocleidomastoid

  • Scalenes

  • Text Neck / Nerd Neck
