Hamstring Massage

HAMSTRING MASSAGE
This is a hamstrings self massage technique that is used to relieve muscle tension using a lacrosse ball. Start by sitting on a massage ball placed just below a tender spot. Slowly extend and the flex the leg to do an active massage. Repeat for 4-5 repetitions and repeat on another tender spot. You may repeat this for 3-5 different tender spots. You may self massage up to 3 times per week maximum.
