Banded Lunge March

BANDED LUNGE MARCH
This is an advanced progression of the SPLIT SQUAT exercise that is used to strengthen the hip flexors, hip extensors, and knee extensors. Loop a mini band around the feet. Go into a reverse lunge and proceed to then drive forward into a single leg march position.
