Pelvic Setting

PELVIC SETTING
This movement is a sacroiliac joint stability exercise that uses isometric contractions. Place a dowel or broomstick under one knee and above the other and hold it with both arms while you are lying down on your back. Press your legs into the stick while using your arms to prevent the dowel from twisting.
