PELVIC TWISTS
This is a motor control and patterning exercise that aims to give you rotational control of your pelvis. Stand while holding onto a chair or wall. Keep the shoulders squared forward to assist in uncoupling movement between the thoracic and lumbar spine. Rotate the pelvis maximally to one side by pivoting one leg on the balls of your toes. Return back to starting position and alternate sides.
