Seated Pelvic Reset

SEATED PELVIC RESET

This movement is a sacroiliac joint stability exercise that uses isometric contractions. Place one hand under one knee and above the other while sitting down in a chair. Press your legs into your hands while resisting any movements with your hands.

  • Core (Transverse Abdominus)
