Shoulder Abduction Press

SHOULDER ABDUCTION PRESS

This is a modified version of the SHOULDER PRESS exercise to increase shoulder stability. Tie down a band at shoulder height onto a stable object beside you. Start by gripping the band and hold it beside your shoulder and proceed to press it upwards.

  • Rotator Cuff (Supraspinatus)

  • Deltoids

  • Serratus Anterior
