Spider-Man Reach Stretch
SPIDER-MAN REACH STRETCH
This exercise is a full body warm up exercise that aims to increase both hip, shoulder and thoracic spine mobility. Start in a split squat position and lean forwards and place the same side’s hand on the front foot. Use the opposite arm to reach back and up towards the ceiling while rotating the upper back. You will feel the stretch in the trail leg’s hip flexors, front leg’s hamstrings, and both sides of the upper back.
