CUFFED ANGELS
This exercise is an upper back and shoulder strengthening exercise that will also challenge your shoulder and scapular mobility. Lie down on a yoga mat with your forehead supported by the floor. Place both hands behind your back and lift the elbows towards the ceiling as high as possible. Attempt to maintain this elbow height as you transitions your arms to an overhead press movement.
