Z PRESS
This exercise is an advanced modification of the conventional SHOULDER PRESS exercise. For this exercise it is required to sit on the FLOOR, not a bench or chair. To better support the body, sit with your legs unbent and spread wide open. Hold a weight in each hand and complete a pression motion. Keep the elbows directly inline and below the wrists at all times.
