Child’s Pose Sliders

CHILDS POSE SLIDERS
This is a shoulder stability exercise. Start by placing your hand(s) on a slider disc or hand towel. From a quadruped position, simultaneously lean downwards with your torso and slide your hand on the ground into an overhead position. Press downwards into the floor and draw the hand back down to lift the torso off of the floor.
