HOOK GRIP

This is a grip strengthening exercise that targets the finger flexors. Hold onto a weight like a kettlebell or dumbbell by having the handle hang off of your fingers.

  • Flexor Digitorum Profundus

  • Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
