Closed Chain Shoulder Adduction

CLOSED CHAIN SHOULDER ADDUCTION

This is a shoulder stability exercise. Lay on your side with upper thigh and elbow support. Slowly rotate the torso towards the support arm.

  • Rotator Cuff

  • Deltoids

  • Serratus Anterior

  • Trapezius

  • Shoulder Impingement

  • Rotator Cuff Tear
