Rebound Front Raise

REBOUND FRONT RAISE

This is a rotator cuff strengthening exercise that will also challenge glenohumeral joint dynamic stabilization. Wrap a mini band around your hands or wrists and pull it apart in small bursts as you raise your hands over your head.

  • Trapezius
